Commission for the ever so lovely *Tarrot
It was supposed to be a sketch commission... But she's so awesome I upgraded her... To a 2 character flat coloured picture BD I COULDN'T RESIST.
In our wee rp universe, Carlos is head of investigations for the Met police whilst Baron here is head of the London Mafia... And seems to be a bit obsessed with Carlos.
