My eyes are hurting *___* Been working on this for too long... But hey, it's Max~ It's worth it~ Random doodling caused this pose, and more rping with *CaptainKurfuffle and discussing Maxence and his powers etc etc. I previously said that he speaks in a demonic language, in which he often refers to the gates of death as Pandora's Box (hence the title). He can also disappear into flames and reap souls~ Such a lovely chap~
Enjoy

Shit, this is bloody amazing, Liv! I love the dark feel it gives off. I think you did an amazing job with the fire, and the same can be said for the lighting. I'm also really liking the wings and how all of the eyes glow. But the whole thing just looks seriously epic!
The only thing that I find a little 'off' is that he looks a little bulky around chest and abdomen, and the shoulder on the left. I just feel he should be toned down just a little bit. But I don't know whether he's supposed to be really muscular or not. So if that's the case, just ignore me. I don't know what I'm talking about. D;
it's a nice drawing! the light effects are great and the anatomy very original , in particular the face of this character!
the back ground looks good and the hair are amaising!
the only ''bad'' detail in this work is the chest muscles. They look distorded and based on an other porsture or different point of view. It's a good work anyway! ^^
This is gorgeous Liv. Your digital stuff if becoming amazing! The textures and lighting in this are beautiful!
I would suggest making the flames more like fat triagnles rather than the thin thin frequenct strips they're currently in, but fire is SO hard to get right.
Overall I think it looks great! The only thing I'm kind of iffy about is the flames, as personally the flames look like awesome grass more than fire. For a more natural look, fire usually sharpens from a large flame to a thin point, gradually and sometimes quickly, and is free spirited. Definitely love it though. Cheers.
